Do you know what C1 would be for the hardware? The bass in question has chrome hardware - wondering on the difference between C1 and CR?

This is a Stingray Classic if that helps.

Follow-up: looks like this might indicate chrome hardware with the classic bridge with mutes.

I have a Stingray that starts with 112-. Does anyone have any information about a MM Stingray with a build code starting with 112?

I can't find a stingray with that model no. so I'm really curious. What year is it? Usually the model number changes with the PUs, type of bridge, neck connection, electronics, or something special like the 20th anniversary model from 1996 with it's glued on PG. I was thinking it could be an EX model (made here, final assembly in Japan for their market), but those serial nos. don't seem to work at the MM website. With some details, we can probably figure it out.

I just received an email from EBMM stating that my bass was made and assembled in the U.S. It was manufactured in 2007 and a 3-band EQ with a string-thru-body type bridge. The rest of the build code, such as the pickguard, body finish, and neck material, matches my bass. I guess the 112 model is the same as the 110 bass, but with a string-thru-body bridge.
