does that and is available for Apple, I think.

SongBook for iOS

It's under Tools/Transpose/Convert to NNS.

@fretlessman71 - if you’re still looking for a cross-platform app for authoring NNS charts, check out JotChord (www.jotchord.com). You just type the numbers, and it creates a nicely formatted PDF, updating as you type.
