Get the fire going, tribe. I'd change the pickguard to a solid colour.
I love tort, BUT I’m thinking about changing the pick guard on this one…tort is too “classic” for what it’s playing…
I should have done a poll…some suggested black, I’m taking that under consideration. Mint is not my cup of tea…I don’t like white Pickguard si unless they’re mounted on a Stratocaster.
What else? Teal and gold go very well together in Japanese art…

Anodized gold "always" looks good-to me, that is!-as well.

I'll 2nd the black pearloid...or this one is "Dark Black Pearloid" from Allparts

I dig British racing green, it's a patented color which is why you don't see it on the shelf unlicensed but you can get the chemical composition online and have it mixed.
There's a hunter green out there that's close but it's not British racing green.

It's a beaut and it's yours and pickguards are an easy change out. Still, it might be a good idea to hang onto the tort.
