That's cool! I has a notion to do the same to my Squier Tele Bass: add a single coil P to it, possibly something else near the bridge. Saw it as a way to get a couple basses' worth of tone from one bass.
Umm. Is your name really Dickolas Wang?
I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it!!!!
I don't have the skill or workshop. :/ Also, none of those LPB 50s P's in my area.you caaaaaaaant have it. (but you could make your own)

I'll figure out how to do it. to my MIM P, I think.okay you can have it then.
Hold on! There's a WHITE one!?I think one of the pine-bodied ones in butterscotch and black would look cool too. Actually the one I like best is the new white blonde finish. I imagine the basswood on this one is probably closer in tone to the alder of the Proto Precision, though.
Hold on! There's a WHITE one!?
Oh, I like that! I wonder where I could find one in Canada!?

Fender Canada doesn't even show the Classic Vibe 50's P anymore...It's weird. L&M don't have it on their website, and neither does Fender Canada. Axe and L.A. Music have them on their website, so it's possible to get them, but I'd rather ask at my local L&M than deal with those folks (well, Axe, anyway)...
