No worries. Sorry to hear about the issue. Maybe Ola should contact all his sales outlets and have them do the repair before they sell any more. Bad press can kill you, ya know.
It's a damn shame. Mine is great, but nobody ever listens to the positive reviews. Even I'm guilty of sorting reviews and read the bad ones first.

Thanks. It's a great bass but I'll hold off for now. The bad thing is according to the article this can happen during the intonation process. Bad design I think.

#redwood Just wanted to let you know the response from Strandberg support for future reference.

Thank you for your feedback, we have had a couple other bass players bring this to our attention and we're working with our factory to get to the bottom of this issue.
