Need help with Peavey Fury V 3-band EQ wiring

Hey guys. I'm looking to mod my old Active Peavey Fury 5 bass and I'm confused with the replacement of tone/volume pots. I want to replace all 5 pots but I'm very new to this and not sure whether i should use 250k or 500k pots.

Volume is a B 500k , Blend MN 250k. Bass/Mids/High all use B 50k pots.

What @Atshen says makes sense , pair the EMG pickups with an EMG preamp. One thing to keep in mind , the EMG 40's are not the same size as the Peavey's soapbars. If memory serves there will be a 2mm gap all around the pickup.
