New Arkham Class D “Beast”

BOBW has landed! Haven't had a chance to plug it in, and thought a photo of 2400 watts of sheer madness would make for some smiles!

Sweet pic! Maybe we could start the most exclusive club on TalkBass, the Saturn V & BOBW Owners Club!

Sorry for the slight hijack:
Any thoughts as to what an Oracle through a 800 watts Class D head would sound like. Thinking that a poor mans Beast could be the Oracle through the effects return of something like a GK MBF800?
I get the huge headroom at 1200 watts of well designed Class D but curious if anyone compared the pre with a lower powered amp.

Right now I have mine in a pedalboard going through a Seymour Duncan PowerStage. I'm pretty happy with the result. I've also gone from the Oracle into the back end of a 200W tube amp, and that was divine.

I could plug it into the back end of my 800W hybrid, and maybe I will. But I wouldn't expect it to sound much different from the SD besides just being louder.

I'm considering the Powerstage 200 for my board. Is It loud enough? I mean for rehearsing or small/medium venue. I play rock/metal/hardcore with passive Fender Ps and Js
I have SVT 2 pro that I dont want to take out of my house anymore haha
My idea is to run my Origin Effects Super Bass Rig wich I think Its a good "Ampeg SVT in a pedal"

I've read that the ideal for bass It's the 700 watts version, but I would really like the pedalboard version, because the 700 It's almost like another Class D amp size

I would really apreciate your opinion, experience with the powerstage 200

Sorry, I really can't opine on whether it would be appropriate for your needs. For me it's just a practice at home or jamming with friends setup.

I can answer that. My Oracle might as well be hot glued to my pedalboard, after some effects, and a comp, into an Eich T900, or a Demeter/Crest rack. Its fantastic. Really works perfectly as a feed for a class D amp front end. I pretty much can't gig or play without it and be as happy as I am with it. Everything at noon and its glorious, and it only gets more wicked with some judicious EQ and boost. Amazing piece.

I just bought a BOBW, it has arrived, and it is glorious!

I bought the XL Apache case from Harbor Freight and it is too small - what are y'all using for cases? (I did go back and read the thread)

I custom ordered a padded bag from Studio Slips, so they should have the measurements.
