Back in December I stood in Sam Ash & told myself smugly that I won't ever come back there...
Today I'm driving to GC (right next door to S.A.) to return a faulty bass they delivered me, and while I'm there I will check out what's available at both stores.
Doubtful I'll make a purchase though, just curious.

My wife and I drove to Washington to visit our daughter. The ladies went to the thrift store, and GC was at the other end of the mall.

I did not go home with a bass guitar.

It was a Novation Bassstation II synth.

I just moved to an apartment a few blocks from a Guitar Center. I think I am safe. The last time I was in one (the same one) I was planning on buying an amp. I couldn't egt a salesman to pay attention to me enough to buy it and walked out. For strings or picks fine in a pinch but not my thing.
