Gimme a couple hours. Anything specific youd like to see?Does anyone have pictures of the Undercover gig bag, specifically the newer ones with the zippers instead of the velcro? I THINK i tracked one down, but just want to double check. They appear to be pretty rare, or at least elusive (like pokemon ).
Thanks.
Thanks! Just some random pics- inside and out. I am 99% sure it is an Undercover, but the only pics I have found are the one on BassCentral and one on the LowEnd.net and they don't really show anything. This one does NOT have a name tag on it, otherwise this would be a moot pointGimme a couple hours. Anything specific youd like to see?
Awesome- thanks! Other than no logo, and different colors (blue exterior, grey interior), looks like it. We'll see next week when it arrives for sure.View attachment 906884 View attachment 906885 View attachment 906887 View attachment 906888 View attachment 906889 Here ya go. Its a very nice bag, use it all the time, very durable. I dont put the tripod stand in it any more, but do throw a bow case and a fold up music stand in the long side pockets.

I've sent emails to mono and gruv gear asking if they would consider making something. Maybe if others did...
I know that they are very different strings. The issue though is not that the spiros are louder [they aren't they just aren't as dampened] but on this bass the spiros are more even in volume from pizz to arco, where the jargars are massive and boomy pizz and a quiet [yet smooth] arco. Actually on my acoustic bass jargars are louder arco than pizz..Maybe that's just because the nearby Spiros are way louder than the Jargars.
I can't think of more different strings than Spiros and Jargars.
I've tried a high C from that set on another bass I have and I thought it really harsh..Having good luck with the NS traditionals.
