Some great suggestions here. Since no one mentioned them, here are my two cents:

New Jazz is a great non-bass (actually piano) resource. But, well, since it's theory it also happens to be 100% bass:


Christopher Brellochs' theory classes have also been quite insightful to me:

Very much. Provides the real stuff too. His metronome and triads series pretty much on their own give years worth of solid practice material that's bound to lift anyone as a musician.
Also agree- some might find his pace slow, but it really works for me. He fully explain everything and is easy to follow. As a new player his concepts have been easy to grasp. Referring to Rich Brown here.
