Thanks for the input. The pedals are running from the front of the amp head and are definitely on. The processed sound is coming through my cab, just not the DI.

then the next step to verify that you actually hear the amp's DI, not anything else. try running the post-EQ DI and turn the gain on your head to zero. the signal should disappear. turn it back -- and it should be again heard. if not -- you're hearing something else, not the amp's DI.

it happens. sometimes people get confused with audio interfaces configuration and for example listen to a mic from their laptop that catches them playing the bass guitar acoustically, not the actual DI.

That actually can't happen. If the guitar goes through the pedals and then into the amp and you can hear the guitar, then if you turn the pedals on you will hear the sound of the guitar going through the pedals. If you are using the amp's DI then that's what you will hear from the DI - the amp can't magically filter out the effects. Maybe a photo of your setup would help.

Can videos be added here? If not, I’ll add pics and walk it through. Gonna try some troubleshooting again later today.

Ok, so weirdest thing; I turned everything on today to make a video/take pics of my rig to help troubleshoot and today everything is working as it should be. The processed signal is now running to my interface and DAW so I have no idea what the issue was for the last two or three days. I literally tried everything and today it just works. I'm not gonna complain though!

Thanks everyone for the advice, recommendations and input!

Technology is great when it works!

It is. Very convenient. I've had the same kinds of issues at times in the past with digital gear. It's like a computer, sometimes all's it takes is a power down or reset and it works fine. I'm not computer illiterate but I'm def no wiz by any means. I just don't have the patience for it haha. Surprising since half my board is digital modeling/multi effects units.

Same here with regards to patience. It's why I left it until today to try some troubleshooting suggestions rather than yesterday XD!
