Builder: Valenti Basses
I have ONE Special Run bass left. This is the last time you will find a NEW Valenti bass at this low price.

As a small builder, I generally build basses one at a time. Once I receive an order or decide to build a stock bass, I call my suppliers and order what's needed for that bass. This is great since Valenti Basses is a one man operation with limited capital.

I set aside a little bit capital and placed a larger order of 4 and 5 strings, 13 basses in total. This helped me bring pricing down on the major components of the basses, which in turn, will help me reduce the selling price.

I am using all the same necks, bodies and electronics as found on my Standard USA made basses along with HipShot Licensed Ultralite tuning gears and HipShot KickAss Bridge. Here is your chance to get one of my basses at an amazing price.

As an example of the savings for this Special Run, one of my M21-J4 basses starts at $2300. Buying the components in “bulk” helped me bring down the price to $1700. Since TalkBass was an integral part of my initial success, I’m bringing these basses here 1st.

Probably not room to mess with fret size and all that right? Just kind of a set of parameters for this price.

Personally I'd like to thank you for doing this. Most manufacturers continue to up their prices. You don't see them often trying to figure out ways to lower prices. Kudos!

These will have 6230 vintage frets, 12" fretboard radius, rear routed control cavity. I kept the specs the same.

What did you order?

Vintage 5 Jazz, maple neck, Celinder style / modern but with a pickguard and a metal neck pickup cover. I was waffling between 4 and 5, but went 5. If the B string only had an Eb note and that's it, I would still find it practical. This is the perfect kind of build for me - fewer choices, but they're all good choices. Should be a fun bass.
