"Relax, " said the night man, "We are programmed to receiveHah, he thinks he will only use TB for a month.
Oh my sweet child, you are never getting out of here.
Everyone with an existing monthly paypal recurring payment subscription for TalkBass will continue unless cancelled. But it is the difficulty in cancelling that forced me to remove the monthly option. Members who try to cancel a monthly sub are sent to paypal, and then paypal sends them back here. It creates quite a headache for all. I hope to bring back the monthly option after this is all sorted out.
i pay monthly on the 10th, but for this week i wasn't a supporting member. has that been fixed? i don't see ads for supporting memberships at the top of the page any longer.
thanks, and will do.It looks like a glitch, your paypal subscription wasn't updating TalkBass anymore. I have cancelled your monthly recurring subscription, and refunded your last payment. Please do use the 'contact us' link in the footer in the future, for urgent matters such as this.
You show up for me as a supporting member. Why do you think you are not showing as one?i've been paying month to month since there was a month to month. i was charged again on september 10, but somehow am no longer a supporting member. i emailed twice to ask about this but haven't heard back.
because although i'd paid for september, paul was having problems with paypal and the monthly membership, so i wasn't a supporting member till paul cancelled my monthly subscription, at which point i paid for a year. You show up for me as a supporting member. Why do you think you are not showing as one?
Weird that you showed as one when it thought you were in arrears. Oh, we;ll!because although i'd paid for september, paul was having problems with paypal and the monthly membership, so i wasn't a supporting member till paul cancelled my monthly subscription, at which point i paid for a year.
