I came across this on a drum forum this morning and had to share. It is a "Unique, but very cool take on Tom Sawyer. I was not sure where to post, I figured "Miscellaneous" would work.

there is a county/blue grass cover of pink floyd's the wall album called Rebuild the Wall by Luther Wright & the Wrongs, it's a bit hit and miss, but some of the song covers are pretty decent.

About 25 years ago, a friend of mine played in a bluegrass cover band called BanJovi. Did a wicked cover of Sabbath’s Iron Man. I wish they would’ve done a proper recording of that bad boy.

Interesting, thanks. I found it to be more novel than a meaningful interpretation of the song. But a good effort, for sure!

My favorite unconventional rendering of "Tom Sawyer" is Ben Lacy's.
