Yaha! A bunch of small changes to my bass!

Thanks for chiming in, everyone! That is very kind of you, it was cool reading all the replies :)

custom stuff! i love all of it (although i'm not hip to the pedal) and those little touches really mean something when they look that good! nice job, fun post! congrats, @Katoosie!

now, what's next for your fretless? :D ;)
I do like making it my own, you know? It is very fun to do.
As for the fretless, she has a buyer scheduled to pick her up on saturday. Fingers crossed that it goes well and that she finds herself a good home :)

It is. Very cool boards, very misleading names.
The Duo line holds a single row of pedals.
The Tres line (as pictured) does not quite fit two rows, but will hold a full sized wah and allows for some staggering.
The Quad line can accommodate two pedal rows
and the Cinque is for those people with a pedal problem.
Starting at the Tres, they have that gaping hole in the front facing sidewall where you can mount terminals with several in/output configurations.

@Katoosie awesome project, welcome to the spiraling way down the rabbit hole. There is some real estate left to accommodate at least one more pedal on that board ;-)
Good explaination of the pedalboard line, it's pretty spot on. I was actually planning to buy a Voodoo Labs Dingbat small since it would have been an even better fit, but I couldn't find it anywhere in stock at a reasonable price so I went with the next best fitting pedalboard - The TRES 3.1.
And the real estate thing is another reason why I wanted to have as little free space as possible left over - don't wanna leave space on the board because then I will want to fill it with another pedal :D

Could you, when you have the time after playing with your new toys, provide me the link to the ebony knobs, please.
Of course, these are the Harley Benton knobs, link here
https://www.thomann.de/gb/harley_benton_parts_dome_speed_eb_off_center.htm
They cost only around 6.50$ per set of two. Much more feasible than the totally overpriced Warwick custom knobs they sell at their distributor at around 30$ per knob plus 20$ shipping, madness.

Glad you like your bass.

Post some sound clips of the pedals. Curious to hear the music you're making with the new rig.
Once I have had some time to mess with it and actually had the time to sit down and play, I will.
Thanks a lot :)

i hope this doesn't mean that you're ending your fretless experience --- if i recall you worked really hard to get that instrument --- but finding a good home for it is a respectful thing to do!

That's the problem. As soon as there is a little bit of black metal (pun intended) visible between the pedals,
one feels the urge to fill the void. And your board shows great potential.
You could minimize the cable run between your Phil Jones and your headphones by taking that unit off the board and putting it beside you, freeing up a lot of space. Or you could move the Darkglass to the edge of the board, making room for another pedal up top. Or you could move the pedals to the edge and have enough room to put the Phil Jones there (I mean, it's an always on unit without a footswitch, no need to occupy premium space).
