An excellent transaction overall. Lots of good communications, from DM to text to phone calls. He shot a custom video (unsolicited) in response to a question I asked! Bass was packed meticulously; a custom paper over the fingerboard was a beautiful touch. Most of all, he clearly went over the instrument with a fine-toothed comb -- actually more like a fine microfiber cloth. He said he wore white cotton gloves to prepare the instrument for packing and I believe it! There was not so much as a single fingerprint anywhere. Sparkling clean!<br />
John did a superb job here, and I would certainly recommend him to anyone considering buying from him. I am pleased as can be with this new instrument.<br />

John has been extremely quick to reply to all communications. Shipping was prompt and payment was painless. The bass arrived very well packaged and in the condition described (when he said like new, he meant it's NEW). The thing about it, that I still can't get over, is that John made me a custom short video of the bass to show the condition and sound. That's just over the top awesome! He's got 60-some basses to sell and it's going to be hard not to grab another one from him. Thanks, John!
