Agoraphobic, untalented, and accidentally on the radio.

(Did he REALLY have to use comic sans??? Literally anything else would be better.)

Hook, line and sinker. It's certainly not my favorite font, but given the number of folks like yourself with a passionate, unreasoning hatred of this one particular font, which is no less cheesy than many others, "comic sans trolling" is no doubt a real and deliberate choice for some folks by now.

You might be right with the unreasoning hatred thing...

I remember your thread about the "college girls" issue. How did things go?

I decided to leave it be. I realized from taking TB's temperature on it that I was a little oversensitive to it, partly because of knowing how my own daughter would react. But I've also stepped away from that project, not over that or anything negative but just that I felt I've done what I said I would do in it and want to move on to other things.

I never knew! Etymology is great.

I am a nerd of sorts, but I like this stuff.

It was virtually considered a civic duty to hang out in the Agora and chat idly.

(That's the Parthenon in the background, up on the Acropolis).

And now, back to your regular bass programming.

It's a swell thing to nerd about. Sometimes there's nothing more enlightening about a topic than how it came to be.

I wonder if anyone played bass there?

@Chicory Blue your bass sounds perfectly fine on that recording. Fits the song well, good tone - nothing to be ashamed about at all, in fact, well done! :)

Thank you- I'm quite relieved to hear that. I was worried my tone was too thin and transparent- my SUB tends to record awkwardly, especially since I switched to rounds, but I hadn't set up a dedicated "recording" bass at that time yet.
