Overall I'm going with a less than ideal system installation that was made to get by and kind of work add to that too many helpful hands / DJ's messing with it over time and know who knows what is really going on at this point. Not all but with many bar owners as long as it does not interfere with drink sales repairs on sound equipment is low on the list.

I think I'd just use their mixer from now on, as I wouldn't feel comfortable plugging any of my gear into what seems like a bit of a mess of an installation.....

The main and biggest reason we're using the digital mixer is that we are all using in-ears and have separate mixes. We are also using a couple of 12's "mains" at the front of the stage in addition to the bar's satellite speakers all over the bar. The Ui24R can handle all that and then some.

Their mixer only has two AUX outs, so we wouldn't have the flexibility to get out own individual IEM mixes and mix the stage mains independently.
