They are all solid state however the 15, 25, and 40 are Class A/B whereas the 100, 200, and 500 are Class D.
^^^ This is correct ^^^ Add the new Rumble 800 head to the class D list.

Edit to add: the Vintage filter is shown as a dynamic compressor and LPF.
All Fender Rumbles have the Delta-Comp Limiter and are all High Pass Filtered since day one 2003.
Yes, the Vintage voicing on V3 analog Rumbles has it's own compression circuit to mimic the natural compression found in vacuum tube amps. I've written a series of Rumble Talks five or so years ago the links to which can be found on the Fender Rumble Wiki.
