I think I am just too stupid.
Gonna return it and get a c4 instead.
The midi out was a bit too slow for playing a synth anyway.

I wouldn’t say the learning curve of the C4 is any less personally. The only thing that might make it slightly easier is a much larger bank of user presets

This came in today!!! Pandamidi was kind enough to add a midi CV gate cable for a smidgen of a delay due to bad postal workers lol. Thanks again!! Just took this pic and going to go plug in now and test it out. Been waiting to own this pedal since V1 and now it's time...

Swap the cables round and try again. The UM one says “connect to MIDI IN” rather than just “MIDI in”. So the one that has “connect to MIDI in” on it (arrows pointing towards the plug pins) goes into the FI’s MIDI IN port.

I disagree; it tells the user exactly where to put it. The only thing is that the text is quite small. I think the arrows are pretty clear though.

Yes and yes.

It’s been discussed earlier in the thread since the launch of V4.

There are more updates to the tracking in progress.

There are only two of the four available apps in use on the pedal currently. Over the next few years, the remaining two will be populated.

(The original pedal was updrafts steadily over 6 years; a similar thing will happen with v4.)
