I am kind of curious why the seller never came here to defend, or at least reassure... but then again, like others, I guess I, too... had my pitchfork ready to defend you. Whenever I see similar threads, I wonder if it wouldn't be better to name the seller - just thinking aloud.

Glad you got your bass, and I am glad you are happy with it!

Once I file feedback, anyone in this thread can figure out who the seller is with a few clicks. Based on their lack of activity here, I’m sure they don’t know anything about this discussion.

Epilogue to this transaction: in addition to the communication issues, the bass was strangely missing a tuner screw on the D string tuner and was also a half pound heavier than the ad claimed. I messaged the owner of the bass that the seller bought it from, and he said it was not missing the screw when he had it.

I ended up leaving neutral feedback with all these issues described.

You can clearly see the missing screw in the pictures in the listing. As far as the weight, 1/2 LB would be way too much of a discrepancy for me to accept. I would have added that info to the feedback.
