Seems like the same bass I purchased and returned. I told the guy it was a fake, but they didn't really seem to care.
Here's the thread I made when I received it.

Sub'd because Im really curious to see how this turns out. I called about an SWR SM400S at the albany store two months ago and found out that it was not the S version. They did nothing to change it... I even contacted corporate via the IM system and advised them and they never did anything. They simply don't care.
Yup, thats the one. I informed the guy on the phone, a manager, and the corporate cs line. Nobody did anything about it regardless of the fact that they're basically ripping people off.Albany, NY store? If so, you are correct. They don't care. Might be the worst guitar center I've ever been to. Bass department is a ghost town. They have many amps mislabeled and mispriced, and when I brought that to their attention, they made it a big huff about how much trouble it would be to get it changed. Many weeks later, nothing is changed according to their website. The basses hanging on the wall are many times in very poor condition, with broken pots and output jacks. It used to be a decent store about 10 years ago, but it has really gone down hill...

I wonder if it is really a pain to change to the point that it is impossible once they have a wrong listing. Either way it is poor form. I had a similar experience recently, but mine was more like mislabling a pbass a jbass, so it was obvious in the pictures. Also, contacting the local store was so painful!Sub'd because Im really curious to see how this turns out. I would assume that the options are editing the listing, or cancelling the listing and opening a new one. Either way it seems that defrauding customers is their preferred way of business. I see wrong listings with them all the time and its funny how it always seems to fall in their favor.I wonder if it is really a pain to change to the point that it is impossible once they have a wrong listing. it doesn't look like a sterling by music man logo. maybe it was a real music man and he wanted you to cancel so he could buy it.

I'm going to assume you're kidding... but I am not entirely sure
