Forbidden Planet, or
When Worlds Collide - or even some
Star Trek episodes) you've seen his work. A well known architect when he turned to art, his pictures are almost unique in that the perspective in them is exact. The horizon is where it really would be; and if you were standing where the scene is pictured -
this is what you would see. When the first astronauts to visit the moon came back, they said that the series of lunar pictures that Bonestell did for NASA were
exactly what it was like, standing on the moon. He even got the view of Earth right...
