Thanks Matthew! And I saw that you had to be the 1000th poster! Congratulations....

My mark is the combo 2x12, so if I did decide to change, I would just sell both the combo and the 15 at the same time probably. I think I may be being a bit overzealous and should chill my beans for a while. Ive just bought a bran new Rode NTK Valve mic and am just about to purchase some more sexy studio gear, so I need to concentrate on recording rather that changing everything. That said, who knows what will happen with GAS. (BTW What does GAS stand for? Ive never known...Is it gear addiction syndrome????)

Cheers

GAS = Guitar Acquisition Syndrome - Read the essential guide to GAS here by Steely Dan's Walter Becker:

Hope it helps get things in perspective!

So, can I ask a question please. I have checked back and I bought my Sei in Feb 2001, secondhand, no. 065. Can anybody help me date when Martin would have built this bass? Thanks, Graham

Graham

Have you thought of asking Martin. He might have kept records of his basses, especially as it is quite a low number. At least you have a number on your bass, Martin didn't put one on either of mine:bawl:

Regards

Matthew
