Does it come with ears?
This would fit great in my Wife's rack.

They put the output voltage on the back! 4ohm 28.3V RMS
Good for them
Looks to be an actual "200w" head. I expect it's louder than most people are going to expect.
That's a tiny fan on top but both sides seem to be vented.
It comes with a carrying bag. I'm not sure why they keep showing it in pockets - probably voids the warranty
Worth it when you only have to place it on a cart and roll it.
They make a point of the DI being post and the sound being classic Trace. Not for you then.Hmmm I'd rather there wasn't a beer input port on top...
I hope the DI is pre EQ. A single speaker out (and not a speakon) is a negative. Given the limited EQ I wish there had been an effects loop to add more EQ options.
Since to me this is more of a practice/back-up type of amp, this concession on the part of TE doesn't seem to be problematic to me, in terms of my interest in the product.

Now that I'm actually looking at it, a Speakon would not have made it any bigger.

In my experience, most sound people prefer post but that might have more to do with what kind of music and venues we all play at.FOH engineers tend to prefer pre EQ, so with a post EQ DI it's going to be a case of using whatever random DI the engineer has to hand, hence preferring to have a pre EQ option. I had good experience with the DIs in the AH range. Maybe I'm mistaken, but I thought those DIs were post pre amp but pre EQ when set so, but it's been a decade since I stupidly sold my AH300SM so I might be mistaken, so please correct me. I still have a little TE combo. My old Ashdown head is MIA, though...
It's easy enough to get a speakon to 1/4 cable. I have one to run my speakon only head with one of my pre speakon cabsFair enough. I just hate having to deal with adapters, and speakon is such a nice connection to have.
Yeah, is there some way to run two cabs in parallel off of that? At 4 Ohms and a decent power rating, there's no reason you couldn't, except the lack out jackHmmm I'd rather there wasn't a beer input port on top...

My sitar player is going to be jealous when I show up for a gig with this and a single 12.
Ahhh.. My life is complete. Jazz bass and tiny amps/cabs.
Less fun if you live in a flat up two flights of stairs, the venue is up stairs and there are steps up to the stage!
Trace Elliot was a British PA company...They have good ideas when it comes to amplification but I've always preferred bass guitar specific amp companies. Just my preference.
there isn't much known of Trace's past.
Holy Smokes! That is a pretty impressive cast of endorsers...they definitely had some awesome sauce in their stuff back then.LOL, OK. This is the back cover of the Trace Elliot 1995 catalogue. It should be large enough to read the names of their endorsees.
