Trace Elliot Launches the Transit B Preamp Pedal for Bass

Like a lot of people over the last couple of years - having to make a hard decision between a lot of contenders -

transit b, two notes le bass, plex, subway preamp di, vt bass deluxe, darkglass ultras, or even a helix LT or atomic amplifire.

Need to decide soon.

This Transit B really seems to have all the things I want/need. But just to check, do other manufacturers have products with these same specs (eq, tuner, overdrive, compressor, DI) than this one?

Well I've been waiting patiently for this thing to ship for 7+ months since it's announcement.. for months the expected ship date has been July-ish... and it looks like Musicians Friend just moved the ship date out to past mid September... "Reserve Today! Expected to Ship 09-18-2017"

Okay Peavey... I'm out... tired of waiting. Tech 21 here I come.

+1 I've started my search for another product as well....

Check out the Mark Bass Nano.... 300 watts small foot print and KILLER tone. I had the Tech 21 also, but it was physically bigger than the MB with less "power."

(I still want an ELF!)
But the point (for me at least) is to run direct only... no desire for an "amp"... our big-assed PA system is more than enough amplification. We monitor through IEM and have a silent stage aside from drums.

Same here. I just want the preamp di since all of my playing is direct except for home practice.

It does have a DI.... (still might not be your head!)

Head? The Transit is a DI pedal with preamp/tuner/compression/drive/preEQ

The Nano is just a amp head basic controls... yeah it's got a DI... but it's so far off from what the Transit B and Bass Fly Rig are... did you even read the description of what they are? To chime in advocating a simple Powered head when we are talking about a compact all in one pedal format DI makes me think you didn't read the thread.
