Worship Bass Pedalboards

So, if I understand these posts correctly, several of you believe the previous page of this thread is the "beast" of Revelation 13:18? That seems ... a stretch. After all, the text specifies the number is that of "a human" or "humanity" (the anarthrous ἄνθρωπος can be read either way), and therefore not a page of an internet forum. Asking because I can think of no other reason to attribute any particular significance to page 666 of a worship discussion thread within an internet enthusiast forum for bassists.

Some consider 666 an "Unlucky" or "evil" number. The 666 page on TB is just guilty by association.

I wish we had sound guys good enough to trust to blend signals like this
This is why my board is routed in a way that allows both configuration. In series and in parallel.

My Noble is on its own loop. The effects together are on a second one. Both the In and Out of each loop are wired on the patchbay.

This way, I can put the Noble last (in series) and the Noble out is my main output, post effect, OR I can put it first. If so, the XLR out is my pure dry signal.

Flexibility is the key

Whew! I'm glad this post didn't end up on page 666.

My main board is my Quad Cortex and I also have an another board with the JHS Punchline.

At home they live on a little rack with a splitter feeding them both and a selector for the cabs behind the rack.

I’m excited to get to play with a solid crew tomorrow from different churches. here’s The set up for a live recording of 8 original songs tomorrow. 2 channels, 1 clean straight out the khan and 1 wet from the stomp/canvas mono, but the khan is feeding it. I can’t lie, I love having both channels in my IEM’s.

I didn’t think it over to well but it works well even though it’s messy and a little crazy looking! Using BEAD for this!

The only issue I have with my Khan is that it’s not dry board friendly in terms of connections. Difficult - for me anyway - to make it work so I left it off. I did the same when I had a REDDI so not a huge deal.
Yes, the Khan can be a little tricky. I ended up getting a splitter cable so I can get the Khan and Cioks running on just one power cable. This was my setup for worship service this morning. Really happy with it!

Last Sunday with the temple board. It’s a bit too inflexible for how often I change or mix things up. Going back to a regular Velcro board that will fit the microsynth.

Got the Kilt v2 from based on David Funk’s video. It’s a much better drive/fuzz hybrid than the Kasleder Albatross was. Paired with the subsonic it’s the best synth tone I’ve gotten and also just a great low level drive.

Maybe not the right place to ask, but what strings are you using for BEAD on that bass? Sweet bass BTW.
