Zoom b3 patch Ideas

Here's another patch I've come up with. it is a patch that duplicates the overdrive sound of a pedal called the bass blaster. it's basically a bass overdrive with a bass and treble boost. I came across a thread mentioning this pedal and I was thinking I might be able to duplicate the sound of that pedal on the zoom b3. so I tried it and I think I was able to nail that sound. well anywho, here's the patch.

Bass blaster

Section 1: bottom b: bass:5, treble:4, level:50

Section 2: t-scream: gain:40, tone:59, level:100, balance:40

Section 3: mark b: bass:5, mid:4, Treble:3, midfq:300hz, gain:50, level:80, color:1, cab:E4x10, mix:59

In case you're not familiar with this pedal, here's a link that mentions the pedal.

This one intrigues me. Can't wait to get home and check this one out, as it sounds like all the pedals I've been gassing for lately. I also can't wait til finals are done so I can try ALLLL the patches on the google drive page.

Glad that the patch has interested you. I'm basically just a helping hand to those who wants some nifty patches to create on their zoom b3.

Here's a new patch that I've recently came up with. it is a beefy punchy patch that has strong lows and clarity. an excellent patch for hard rock and heavy metal music. especially if you're in a band with three guitarists.

True metal bass

Section 1: any effect you want

Section 2: exciter: bass:4, treble:5, level:90

Section 3: bassdrive: bass:3, treble:2, presence:2, gain:40, blend:70, level:90, mid:5

Here's an update on the true metal bass patch. the gain on the bass driver and the level is turned up a little bit and a bass boost model is added for stronger lows. this patch would come in handy to those who wants to beef up their sound and blend well in the band mix.

True metal bass 2

Section 1: any effect you want

Section 2: bottom b: bass:4, treble:7, level:59

Section 3: bassdrive: bass:3, treble:2, presence:2, gain:45, blend:70, level:100, mid:5

Here's another patch I've come up with. it's a lush chorus like flanger effect that sounds radical. a great patch to use for 80s tunes.

Swirling flanger

Section 1: any effect you want

Section 2: flanger: depth:75, rate:25, resoL5, pred:4, mix:70, level:100, locut:200hz

Section 3: bass pre: bass:3, treble:5, level:80, mid:1, freq:300hz

Here's another patch I've come up with. it's a blended tube-like distortion that duplicates the cutting edge of the microtube b3k bass distortion pedal. I'm not quite sure if this patch nails the sound, but I did do my best duplicating that distortion sound and I believe this patch is pretty close. give it a try and see if you like it.

Modern bass distortion 2

Section 1: squeak: gain:17, tone:70, level:100, blend:14

Section 2: booster: gain:40, bass:2, treble:3, level:50

Section 3: bass drive: bass:3, treble:3, presence:4, gain:45, blend:70, level:100, mid:4

Sorry Bradass, but at this stage its only the ones that look interesting to me that I have been punching into my B3 uploading to the Google Docs folder.

For the un-initiated .... there are 48 different B3 patches from various different users here to download direct into your own B3 and try out.

Why not create your own, post details here and upload them to the same Google Docs folder?
The more the better!
