Can anyone identify this Bass just by the pictures?

This is my first post and I’m excited. I have no other pictures of this bass so I’m taking a shot in the dark but here goes. The guy who owns it says there is an M on the headstock. At first I thought maybe it is a Vantage just because of the Oval Inlays but after scouring their site now I don’t think that. A very educated Music shop owner in my hood said possibly a Samick due to the headstock but the curves don’t seem to match up after looking at that. Idk any help is appreciated and thanks a lot. Kind of like an MTD headstock with that "scoop", but I think it's on the wrong corner? I'm not sure, not an expert, just know I've seen that headstock before.

Exactly the headstock looks very familiar right but can’t place it. I thought possibly an 80 or 90s Fernandes but that doesn’t explain the M. Possibly an older MTD tho like ya said. The wood style says 80s but something about the finish says 90s. Thanks for your response tho. Hopefully I can get some more pics soon. I’m working on it.

Ya think? At first I was wow those are so tall but then someone convinced me it’s just the angle of the pic but I gonna back track on that and go back to saying daggg they are tall.

It's the wide angle of the lens that makes them look abnormally tall. Look at the seam between the tiles at the bottom of the pic - should be a straight line, but the fish eye effect drags everything out towards the corners, especially objects close to the lens.

Ya man. That’s the closest so far and one of my original thoughts just by the coffee table-esq look of it. But with Oval Inlays? That’s what threw me off the Cort path.

Found it. Well, sort of. It's not a Cort. Far from it. It's a Chinese wholesale bass, sold by AliBaba. I can't find the exact model but one just like it (only with 2 MM pickups). I'd stay far away from it.
