I finally got one of the last NV610T’s delivered and unboxed — I only had time to hook up the pf50t to it, in the garage.
My goodness, what a fantastic and balanced cabinet !! I hear what the Talkbass fuss is about — and it’s FOR REAL, a fantastic sounding cabinet. It sounds like two different cabinets with the tweeter on or off: off for that old school warmth, and tweeter ‘on’ for a more modern take. Tremendously versatile, I’d say…. I’ll use the NV610T cabinet night with my Jule Monique 700, and a Fender bass.
For now, here it is, freshly unboxed, in my garage with pf50t and Steinberger L2:
