Nothing direct as far as a sales pitch…. He posted pix of a combo stack with skull graphics. Folks commented on that and some others expressed interest in this cab or that. The replies to folks asking about cabs was to reach out directly. Seems a bit familiar…

Aged horse mentioned that Fender and KMC shut down Genz Benz, and I was curious, that’s all.

In short, it's not uncommon for a larger business to buy a smaller competitor. They can now leverage the new technology they own and save a fortune since they now don't have to fund R+D to build a competing product, and it frees the previous owner(s) to move on to new projects with cash in hand.

This happens in many industries.
