i just played a session with mine. Really works well in a mix. Perfect boost/edge of breakup sound. Not sure if that’s going to sound great in isolation, but it’s just right in a band setting.
Could you share your "edge of breakup" settings?

it sounds exactly the same. the 1M audio pot just gives a better and more controllable sweep for the output volume. How does it sound different with this larger pot? Or is it just the pot travel that's different?
John, thank you. This would be an 1M audio taper, not a reverse audio one, correct? Or would it make a difference? Just want to make 100% sure before I start solderingit sounds exactly the same. the 1M audio pot just gives a better and more controllable sweep for the output volume.

Tried that today, run a Bluebeard into Blumes centre position and I second your comment! Thank you for sharing!I did find last night that running a muff before the Blumes with the center option selected is very good. Takes away the muffledness of the muff and isn't overpowering as some muffs can get.
It’s the best variation I’ve seen to dateI was a bit sad the purple sparkle was out of stock when I decided I wanted to get one of these. Of course, now that this one arrives the purple is back in stock.
BUT I haven’t seen this color anywhere else and it was less than $100 shipped from Guitar Center!
I’m hoping for a V2 or a V1.1 that fixes this!I did @johnk_10 's suggested mod of subbing a 1 meg audio taper pot in for the level. It made a HUGE difference with the usability of the pedal. The sweep of the volume is way more manageable and I am able to dial things in a lot better at volume levels that work for me.
I need to order a pot and do the fix... shouldn't be hard to do.I’m hoping for a V2 or a V1.1 that fixes this!
It isn't too hard at all. It was taking a minute to desolder, so I cut the old pot out and removed the three legs individually.I need to order a pot and do the fix... shouldn't be hard to do.
Oh yeah, just need to order the pot. What's the cheapest place to get these pots these days? I thought I had one in my stash? It isn't too hard at all. It was taking a minute to desolder, so I cut the old pot out and removed the three legs individually.
