And, is there anyway to decipher from the item number when they got the particular item in?
This is a stingray classic correct? I found it on there for $999 bucks and ordered it, it just said stingray , didnt say if it had a case or condition.Shipping was $24.
Yeah i was aware of that but I just jumped on it as it was rather late at night and I knew i wouldnt be able to call for aorund 12 hours. Now I have to sell 3 or 4 cheaper basses to justify it , but hopefully it is worth it as I have wanted a classic ray since before they were even available to the public.
I actually just looked and it was marked as 5 stars condition wise so it should be pretty clean , but I dont know if it has a case or not-guess that will be a suprise.
Good thing to pounce on something you want as it would likely sell to someone else if you didn't. They'll usually mention that it has a bag or a case in the ad if it has one.
.... The package weighs 28 pounds so unless the bass is a tank or the weight is off it may have one.
...
28 lbs is probably what they call dimensional weight based on weight and the overall dimensions of the box.
Hopefully for you it does come with a case.
Since you're in Oregon, you get to avoid state sales tax, don't you?
