It's not "old" if Serio is still stealing from TB members.
I would leave this thread on display for all to see at the top of the forum for a hundred years, as a lasting testament and record of what this scumbag did.
I would say it can be unpinned with the list of "still owed" TB'ers are all made whole (as Serio promised to do several times already). Alas, Serio has managed to suppress most of the evidence but he can't obliterate this thread. Let's post it again...

I’m not on the list but was ripped off by Serio. I began talking to him about building him a website and he would pay me in cabs. He stole the mock up I did for him and made it his website and stopped talking to me. Refused anything.

What a complete creep. Hard to believe that i got a nice cabinet from him years ago for a good price
I mostly use my low down sound cabinet, but there have been times when I was better served with the Dr. Bass
No one should feel guilty about using a perfectly good cabinet that's already in existence. It would be a shame for good gear to go unused. Now, to be clear, I sure as hell don't think anyone should do business with Dr. Bass going forward, but not using the existing cabs isn't going to do anyone any good. If it were me, I guess I would just remove the logo--or maybe add "su**s" after it 
I'd like to get one, take it apart, measure it out and duplicate one. Can't be that much too one.
There's a 3x10" in the classifieds right now.
Edit: Actually, it looks like there are a few Dr. cabs in the classifieds. Some of the postings are old, but I see at least two recent ones. Very affordable too.

I hardly got anything for mine because of this thread. I told people here that's it's going to hurt people who want or have to sell their cabs later, yet here we are.
That sucks. But there were many here who spent the full cost and got nothing. At least people that got their cab did not have to sell. And in the big world… tb is a small part.
