Im responding from a secondary account because I am having trouble logging into my main account and waiting for talkbass support to iron it out. As for the double stack, I run both simultaneously. It's a large stage, so I needed to cover it as much decibel-wise as possible.
What's your preferred method of splitting the bass signal to both amps? The FX send jack or line out jack of the first amp?Thanks!

Thanks. Yes, they are very stealthy that way, which I like. They are very unassuming until you hear how loud they are.
I use a Boss Line Selector Pedal. 1 input to 2 Outputs.

Ha! It's driveable for me. I'm in Chicago and went to college in Champaign. I was tempted to get them but really don't need cabinets like that right now. Hopefully someone in this group grabs them. They're a good price even with the shipping in the U.S.
Yes, it's happened to mine. The pickups on one of my basses are pretty hot, so it has cut out from playing hard sometimes. I think my BG400 has overheated at one point as well, and went into protect mode. However, this is rare for either to happen, so you might want to get yours checked out if it's frequent for yours.
