Double Bass Problem with a Luthier (Roland/Emanuel Wilfer content)

Having some familiarity with invoices from German businesses, I think the above invoice looks really authentic.
A few remarks:
1. it seems (to me) that it might have been appropriate to avoid showing the bank account number of Wilfer.
2. in an earlier message you showed a mail from Wilfer saying that the price would be 4000€ including shipping, whereas on the invoice the price is 4000€ + 250€ for shipping. What matters actually is what is printed on the official offer signed by the luthier that must be signed by you to officially confim your order. The email you showed cannot be considered to be a valid official offer; it is just part of a negociation between you and luthier. Could this be a source of your problems with the luthier?
3. there are no mention of taxes in this invoice. Clearly the import taxes for Costa Rica have to paid by the importer (you Tyronimo). According to this site (https://costaricalaw.com/costa-rica...d-trade/costa-rica-import-duties-and-tariffs/) they amount to 30% for stringer music instruments. I hope you are aware of this and can pay the taxes, otherwise you will be in trouble when the luthier sends you the bass.

Yes, I know that they are 30% tax and it is really expensive, I have made my family aware that I have to pay this, my family is not rich, but they will help me with what they can, I will see how pay the taxes, the important thing for now is that it be sent, a few minutes ago I received an email, I still do not have a shipping date but they have already agreed something with the transport company, this is very good for me.

I do not know what is the account number to which you refer on the receipt, if I had known I would have crossed it out, sorry for that.

Not yet, but I know that there is communication with the transport company for my shipment, I am waiting, in Germany these days they are on Holidays, it is something against which I can not do much, I think that everything is going very well until now They are very attentive to my shipment and from what they tell me I will soon have a fixed date for the shipment, I hope for Monday to have something confirmed. I just don't expect to have to wait much longer. In having new news I will give an update on all this.

thanks for asking

regards!

Resolved?

Hello,

Basically yes, the bass has already arrived in Costa Rica but I have not seen it yet since I have to pay the taxes, Until I pay this, they won't drop it at my house, at this moment I am on my way to pay the taxes, so I hope that today in the afternoon or at the latest tomorrow I can have it in my hands and take photos and show them to you along with the shipping documents for those who did not believe in this whole situation.

for now I will wait for them to drop my bass to upload photos and end all this

Thanks to Tom for contacting Wilfer, and thanks to you piggy for believing in me and calling to claim.

They were supposed to make it, I don't know if they handle stock of basses, I think they are counter-ordered, but I didn't ask for special things if that's what you ask me, I suppose you ask if I asked to Wilfer for a thin neck or a thick neck, or something Special on the fingerboard or scroll or flat back plate or rounded Something like that? I didn't ask for anything special, I think this is what you are asking or am I wrong? I'm very sorry I don't understand some things because of the language gap

(While writing this message I remembered that the only thing I asked for was some high-quality machines (in an email they told me they had been put in, I don't know if that's the case, I haven't seen the bass yet)
