Having some familiarity with invoices from German businesses, I think the above invoice looks really authentic.
A few remarks:
1. it seems (to me) that it might have been appropriate to avoid showing the bank account number of Wilfer.
2. in an earlier message you showed a mail from Wilfer saying that the price would be 4000€ including shipping, whereas on the invoice the price is 4000€ + 250€ for shipping. What matters actually is what is printed on the official offer signed by the luthier that must be signed by you to officially confim your order. The email you showed cannot be considered to be a valid official offer; it is just part of a negociation between you and luthier. Could this be a source of your problems with the luthier?
3. there are no mention of taxes in this invoice. Clearly the import taxes for Costa Rica have to paid by the importer (you Tyronimo). According to this site (https://costaricalaw.com/costa-rica...d-trade/costa-rica-import-duties-and-tariffs/) they amount to 30% for stringer music instruments. I hope you are aware of this and can pay the taxes, otherwise you will be in trouble when the luthier sends you the bass.
